 Paranormal Investigation and Research

Thank you for considering an investigation of The Knight House for you and your team! The majority of the proceeds from every investigation will help us continue the 200-year history of this beautiful home. Our focus is on maintaining and further preserving the house and history for everyone to enjoy. We feel the house and spirits are ready to tell their story. ​​​

3 Hour Guided Ghost Hunt

Starting at $100 including tax
7:00pm-10:00pm

Half  Night Investigation

$500 including tax    7:00pm-3:00am

This mini ghost hunt is designed for paranormal lovers of all levels and gives you the opportunity to learn real paranormal investigation techniques and investigate with experienced investigators. We encourage you to bring voice recorders, cameras, and any other equipment you may have. We will provide other tools that you can use such as REM Pods, K2 Meters, Spirit Boxes, and more.  Suitable for ages 12 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  1. The $100 includes an investigation for up to 4 people (you do not need 4 people to schedule your ghost hunt). You can add up to 2 additional people for $25 each for a max of 6.

  2. This is your investigation and will be hands on, we like to keep groups small, so everyone is included.

  3. You will start the evening with a brief history tour through the house. It is important to understand the history to have an idea of who we are trying to connect with.

  4. We will then start your ghost hunt with your guide leading the investigation with your help.

  5. The last hour you and your guests will be allowed to investigate on your own with your guide sticking around to help you and answer questions.

This option includes-

  1. Access to the house and grounds for an 8-hour investigation. The house sits on almost 3 acres, is 6 levels, and over 5,000 square feet.

  2. You may have up to 8 team members included in price.  An additional $40 per member for up to 12 people max.      (If wanting to add team members to investigation please call us at 615-943-4090)

  3. A brief history tour of the house and property will be given at 7pm

  4. Wi-Fi will be available

  5. A packet will be provided containing names, dates, and a short history of the house as best we know at this time. We are learning new things all the time.

  6. We have a refrigerator and microwave available for your use.

  7. Coffee and bottled water will be available for free.

  8. No additional fee for filming or livestreaming your investigation

  9. An equipment base and charging area will be provided.

  10. We are not a museum so you can enjoy sitting on the majority of the furniture in the house.

Full Night Investigation

$650 including tax 7:00pm-9:00am

This option includes-

  1. Access to the house and grounds for a 14-hour investigation. The house sits on almost 3 acres, is 6 levels, and over 5,000 square feet.

  2. You may have up to 8 team members for the investigation. You may add an additional 2 team members for $60 each for a maximum of 10 people. (If wanting to add team members to investigation please call us at 615-943-4090)

  3.  Wi-Fi will be available

  4. Sleeping accommodations will be provided. The beds will be made with fresh sheets, blankets, and pillows.

  5. We will have cots available if you choose to sleep in the cellar, basement, or attic.

  6. Two bathrooms with showers are available and include fresh towels and wash rags. 

  7. A brief history tour of the house and property will be given at 7pm

  8. A packet will be provided containing names, dates, and a short history of the house as best we know at this time. We are learning new things all the time.

  9.  Coffee and bottled water will be available for free.

  10. We have a refrigerator and microwave available for your use.

  11. No additional fee for filming or livestreaming your investigation

  12. An equipment base and charging area will be provided.

The Knight House is privately owned and operated. No trespassing is allowed. The premises are monitored 24/7 with video surveillance, inside and outside the house. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

THE RULES:

  1. There is nothing demonic or evil about the spirits of this property or house. Also, there are no demons, skinwalkers, ect... on the property or in the house

  2. No smoking or vaping in the building. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside the building in several designated areas.

  3. No drugs or alcohol on the property, including the building.

  4. BE RESPECTFUL! No instigating or provoking of the spirits that once roamed the halls of the house. We expect that you treat the spirits with respect, just as you would the living.

  5. No conjuring, rituals, or magic are allowed on the property. If caught doing so you will be asked to leave.

  6. NO Destruction of property. (Should this happen, you will be held responsible for replacement or repairs)

  7. We are all adults. We ask that you clean up after yourselves.

  8. Throw all trash in the trash cans

  9. Please do not relocate or move furniture without the permission of the staff.

  10. Please make sure to end your investigation at a proper time and plan on leaving the location when your time is up.


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK THOSE THAT HAVE IGNORED THE PROPER ETIQUETTE TO LEAVE.
In the event you are asked to leave, there will be no refund given. Reserving a date and paying your security deposit means you agree to our terms.

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

*A $150 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SAVE YOUR BOOKING DATE*

  • For Half Night Investigations the remaining balance of $350 is due 14 days prior to the date of your booked investigation.

  • For Full Night Investigations the remaining balance of $600 is due 14 days prior to the date of your booked investigation.

  • The $150 deposit is due at the time of booking your chosen date. This is nonrefundable but in the event that you need to reschedule, the amount will be applied to the next chosen date.

  • Only one reschedule date will be allowed with the $150 deposit and you must reschedule at least 7 days prior to your reserved date.  If you do not reschedule with proper notice, you will forfeit the deposit amount and will have to pay another $150 deposit upon rebooking at a later date.

  • We understand that emergencies and life happen so if you need to cancel and have already paid in full, we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis if a full refund of the $350 or $600 is warranted. Also please contact us ASAP by phone at 615-266-9965 or 615-943-4090

  • If you and your team are going to be late, you must notify us ASAP. If no members of your party show up within the first hour of your allotted time, then you forfeit all money paid and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
